Firstly I want to tell something to everybody who is thinking of travelling to South
Africa:
Cape Town and the area around it is beautiful and has everything a traveller can dream of. You will fall in love with the country and the people.

In the year 2005 I stayed in South Africa for 6 months, 5 of which I stayed with Helene Dollman in Holmdene rd. In Cape Town I worked as a volunteer which was amazing. I met incredible people, discovered the nightlife and explored Cape Town.

Big part of my experience was staying with Helene Dollman. Staying with her is not like staying at a backpackers because when you stay with Helene Dollman you stay as her guest and she treats you as one. If you'r into exploring nature, doing voluntair work, partying like crazy or everything above she can help you get every information you need. She can tell you and show you everything about the real South Africa and her cooking is fantastic. She is a warm and funny person and has a wonderful cat with an interesting name.

 I urge you readers buy a ticket and fly to Cape Town.
It is an experience of a lifetime
