I stayed in cape town for approximately 3 months and I don`t regret a second of my time there. I have a comparison of 2 host families, my first host family was rather horrible so luckily meet Helene. At Helenes house I had very nice room with private bathroom. I started as a volunteer worker but soon the surfing took over. No matter if you are interested in volunteer working or simply relax, surf and go out, Cape Town is definitely the place to be. Around cape town you got world class surf spots and very consistent surf so get some action in the ocean everyday. So what are you waiting for!
